Location, seasonal fluctuation, and their combination had a substantial impact on genotype performance in terms of yield and yield contributing potential. However, because there is no mechanism for determining the oil content of sunflower seeds, all sunflower producers choose high-yielding sunflower cultivars/hybrids over those with a higher oil yield. Due to their increased height, certain sunflower hybrids also experienced lodging problems. Thus, intelligent selection may be employed to get a high yield in these cases .
