Our brains are designed to be self-aware, so we can have a clear picture of how we are processing information. This is why we have so many problems with our mental health. This means that the thoughts and emotions we think about are not our thoughts and emotions they are just like our thoughts and emotions, but not actually our actual thoughts.

We dont think our thoughts, we think our emotions. But when we are aware of our feelings, then we can think of our feelings and emotions. So we can actually remember what our feelings are. But we dont remember our thoughts, because it is not our thoughts that we are thinking but our actual thoughts. We are in a state of thought-delusion. This means that when we are aware of our thoughts, the thoughts themselves are not actually thoughts but merely our thoughts.
