The people who control the City of Los Angeles are a bunch of liars. They don’t want to buy a nice new phone with a bunch of random shit on it. They want to make money they can’t afford otherwise they just get a big pile of junk. They want to make money they can’t afford. They want to make money they can’t afford.
There are always people who want to make money they can’t afford to make money they can’t afford. What they don’t understand is our economy is built on greed, and that greed is built on the backs of the poor. They can’t afford to buy their fancy phones and fancy cars. They can’t afford to buy their clothes and the latest gadgets. They can’t afford to buy their designer jewelry. They can’t afford to buy their fancy cars.
We just came across this article from the New York Times today, “Oklahoma City’s Tech Industry Struggles to Defy Stereotype.” There isn’t a lot of information on the tech industry in metro Oklahoma, but the article does have a few points. For instance, one of the most well-known names in tech is Google, and it’s not exactly a secret that it has a serious problem here.
On the one hand, Google has to deal with some very hard and unpopular decisions. For instance, the decision to build a high-speed rail line here in Oklahoma City. To be honest I don’t think the city is going to do it. There is no funding for it. The state government just seems to think the money has already been spent on the train system.
Metro has the power to save our infrastructure, but it has no ability to fund it. That’s why it is not going to happen. It’s more likely that a private company will build it.
