The lead car will then proceed through the intersection and all following vehicles will follow. This is for your safety as well as that of our loved ones who have passed on. Honking

Do not honk while driving by a procession, unless you are in an emergency situation where it would be unsafe to stop or go around the procession, or if there are emergency responders behind the procession being honored (firefighters, police officers). Honking should only be used when other drivers need warning that they cannot enter an intersection because a funeral has already entered first.
